~*Top of The Mornin' To Ya*~

Happy St. Patricks Day Everyone! I oddly enough got really
excited for St. Patty's day this year!
I got some decorations out and I made green foods, wore
green and wished people "Happy St. Patricks Day!"

I don't know why, but all the holidays
seem to be
a lot more fun when you are married!
It's like I get to decorate for someone and I love it!

We started the day off bright and early, on account
of Ryan having class at 7:30,
I made green waffels....

Then I had work, Ryan had class.  So
before work

I put a corned beef brisket in the crock pot and
it turned out
Delicious! We both really enjoyed it!
And for desert, green pop rocks!

It was an awesome way to end our green
filled day!
Happy St. Pattys Day Everyone!

My Old Campin Buddies..

So back in the day my friends and I thought it would be a great idea to go camping with just four of us girls.  We were bored one Saturday night and we thought "Hey we should go camping, it would be really fun and hilarious" Which it was.  So we went on our first camping trip up in Crystal Hot Springs, which is in Honeyville clear up North in Utah.  It is sooo ghetto but it made for a great spot.  So we gathered up our camping supplies (Thanks to Cassidy's awesome camping family)

and headed out for the adventure of a life time.  We were off!  We left a little late so we were left with no light and a tent to set up.  It was seriously so funny!  We got the tent up and we played games we danced to the Ipod and did everything that you would do camping.  We loved that sort of life. We liked being country folk.
We then got real serious about camping and actually went up to a real camp site with a real trailer.  We went on a bear hunt equipped with Red Ryder BBguns and even did a little target practice.  It was really really great!

So.. the moral of this blog post is that I miss my friends in Utah and I want them to get their booties down here to AZ!  I miss you guys!!!

The Little Bugs Birthday!

This Weekend was Little Colty Bugs birthday!

Colt is so cute and so sweet, We just love him so much!  We had a BBQ with the family and it was so fun to get together!  I made a little cake for him that was buzz lightyear inspired and it turned out cute, not as great as I wanted but whatever!  But here are so pics from the party!

Back Too Soon...

Ahh we made it back from our week in heaven alive and well.  When I say heaven I seriously mean it. Ryan and I went on a cruise with his family for a week in the Caribbean and it was AMAZING!  We had such a great time, we did everything I could imagine and more.  We started from Florida and went to Grand Cayman.
My favorite for sure!  The water was beautiful, you could see to the bottom and it was so blue!  We did such fun things there too, and the best part is, they were things that I would NEVER do usually.  But when in Rome..or Grand Cayman why not right?  We started out by going to Sting Ray City, it was so cool.  We took a boat ride for 30 minutes out into the middle of the Ocean and we got out of the boat and just hung out with a bunch of huge sting rays.  If you know me, you would think that this wasn't really me, I

hate waiting behind a boat while wake boarding because I am scared of fish.  Sue me.  But it really was amazing! They would just come right next to you and swim right under your feet and they would come right at you, terrifying but so awesome!  We then went to a different spot and went snorkeling, I was nervous about it because last time I
hyperventilated and had a nervous breakdown.  I don't know why, but it is so not natural for me to be swimming with fish and breathing underwater, but it's totally not.  But I gave it a try and went in, I tried to breath deep and slow but it was short lived.  My breathing was fine but my body was so tense I started to cramp up and headed in. ha ha! Ryan loved it though! He is seriously a little fish, he does enough swimming and adventurous stuff for the both of us.  We then just went and hung out on the beach and it was so pretty, it had white sand that was so soft!  And again the water was beautiful!  Can you tell that I loved Grand Cayman??

Next was Roatan (sp?) it was really cool too, it was less developed and so it felt more natural and way cool too look at!  It looked just like what I would imagine my brothers mission looks like.  Little tiny houses, jungle, little shops and beautiful beaches!  The locals were so great there, we had a great guide and driver and we even met a lady that had a rope swing on her property that went straight into the ocean! It was really cool, but not my thing!  I passed, but again Ryan did it enough for the both of us.
We then went to Cozumel, which was fun. It rained that day for awhile so that was a bummer.  But we went to a little resort that had huge water toys in the Ocean that we were able to play on.  That was more of a relaxed day.
Lastly, we went to Princess Cays.  That was strictly a beach day, not much to do on the island but I did try snorkeling again and was a bit more successful.
It was so so so fun to go on a cruise, I keep thinking about how much I love cruises now because I never felt hungry because everything is "free", There was something to do all the time,  We were able to see new places and the best of all was I had a husband all to myself for an entire week and I LOVED it!  It just made me remember how great he is and how much I love and appreciate him!  He is the best!  Hope everyone had a wonderful week and I'll be back soon!

This is the rope swing that the lady let us use.  So scary, but awesome!
